Three-phase power available to all tenancies ranging between 50 – 65 amps depending on the circuit board involved.
1-25 Nylex Avenue:
A 65 amp capacity is supplied to all thirteen premises.
44 Cheviot Road:
A 50 amp capacity is supplied to all eight premises.
Building Technology:
Category 5 data lines are built into all new workshops. The new workshops can be hard-wired to each other via underground conduits.
Fire Extinguishers:
We supply two extinguishers with each premises if required (powder and water). They are serviced twice a year at our expense, providing access is available.
Leases:
All lease documentation is prepared at the landlords’ expense.
Social Events:
Annual Christmas BBQ for tenants and their staff.
